What time is Check-In/ Check-Out?

Guests can check in anytime after 3pm and check out anytime before 12pm. Early check in & late check-out may be arranged subjected to availability and charges may applies.

What documents do I have to provide upon Check-In?

It is by law that physical government-issued identification card (Singaporean/Singapore PR) or passport (Singaporean/Singapore PR and all other nationalities) is required upon check-in. Kindly note that SINGPASS is not allowed. Changi Cove has the discretion to refuse to check in if the identity does not match with the person mentioned in the reservation or if anyone refuses to provide the requisite proof of identity to the Hotel.

Can I request for extra-bed?

An extra bed is chargeable at $100++ per night and subject to room type and availability.

Is there free wifi?

We provide free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. Wifi password will be provided upon check-in. You can also approach the front desk anytime during your stay for the password.

Is there an Airport Transfer Shuttle Service to Changi Cove?

We do not have airport transfer shuttle service from Singapore Changi Airport to Changi Cove. If you would like another option aside from taxi, train, or bus, you may choose to book a transfer service with us.  Kindly contact our reservation team at reservations1@changicove.com for more information.

Is parking available onsite?

We are pleased to inform you that guest staying with us can park at our outdoor carpark on complimentary basis, subjected to availability.

What is the Hotel Smoking Policy?

We have a no-smoking policy in all our hotel rooms and premises. The smoke alarm will be activated if you do so & a cleaning fee of SGD$500 will be imposed. If you would like to smoke, you may only do so at the smoking area located at Level 1 outside the Hotel.

What is the minimum age for Check-in?

The minimum age for check-in at Changi Cove is strictly 21 yr old and above only.
