Catering Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for selling packages related to weddings & events services 
  • Proactive in securing and manage sales and events to achieve monthly sales objectives 
  • Develop new markets and strengthen customer base 
  • Collect business information from customers/markets 
  • To be involved in all sales related activities such as roadshows, blitzes, trade shows 
  • Engage in event execution, ensuring a unique, innovative and personalized guest experience. 
  • Schedule and conduct effective sales appointments and site visits of hotel 
  • To prepare Event Orders to include all details of event including room set-ups, audiovisual, menus, décor, entertainment, group room blocks and VIP services 
  • Plan and conduct pre- and post-event meetings with clients and catering colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and guest experience 
  • To participate in developing of promotions, action plans and marketing strategy 
  • Coordinate effectively with operational departments to facilitate events and ensure quality and customer satisfaction. 
  • Credit management of sales accounts and handle any sales administration (with assistance of sales coordinator) 
  • Consistently offer professional and friendly and engaging service with both clients and colleagues

Assistant Catering Sales Manager / Catering Sales Manager

Requirements 

  • Minimum 1 Year of Catering or Banquet sales experience in a hotel or event venue will be of advantage or sales experience in other fields with proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales target and an interest in hospitality 
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities 
  • Proficient in Hotel Sales System (e.g. Delphi, Opera) will be of advantage 
  • Able to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and in as fast paced working environment

Housekeeping Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities  

  • Supervise and ensure team’s smooth daily running of the housekeeping operations 
  • Conduct checks and inspections daily at Hotel & Conference Centre to ensure high standards of cleanliness are achieved at all times 
  • Assign work tasks for housekeeping staff daily 
  • Assist in planning of work schedules 
  • Train housekeeping staff well to ensure day to day standards are met 
  • Generate housekeeping reports and provide administrative support 
  • Plan and maintain inventory of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen 
  • Provide assistance to guest queries and resolve any issues faced by guests 
  • Handles general housekeeping duties in assigned guestrooms or public areas 
  • Ensure harmonious relationships within the Attendants 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager 

Requirements 

  • Prior Housekeeping/cleaning experience in a hospitality industry is an advantage 
  • Candidates with good attitude but minimum experience may be considered 
  • Candidates with experience can be considered for senior role 
  • Responsible and Hardworking team player 
  • Proactive, meticulous with a can-do attitude 
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays 
  • 5-Day Work Week (Day Shifts Only) 
Public Area Attendant – FT / PT

Role & Responsibilities  

  • Handles general cleaning duties in the Hotel Public Areas arranged by manager and report any defects
  • Clean and tidy meeting rooms and auditorium
  • Cleaning duties include cleaning of washrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, clearing of rubbish bins, mopping, wipe down of dirty areas, high dusting etc
  • Assist supervisor with stocktake of cleaning items  
  • Be polite and attentive to guests’ needs 

 

Requirements 

  • No experience required 
  • At least PSLE certification 
  • Positive work attitude, team player and able to multitask 
  • Able to operate cleaning machines is an advantage

General Worker / Houseman

Role & Responsibilities  

  • Manage linen and laundry inventory including staff uniforms etc
  • Receive and handle housekeeping deliveries
  • Assist in replenishing and sending guest supplies
  • Assist in general cleaning in assigned areas including cleaning and high dusting
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work store, trolley and all equipment
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by supervisors 

 

Requirements 

  • No experience required 
  • At least PSLE certification 
  • Positive work attitude, team player and able to multitask 
  • Able to lift and move laundry bags 
  • Able to work weekends and public holiday 
F&B Service (Casual Part Time)

As a hotel with F&B and Banquet facilities, we hire Casual F&B Crew to support our team during meal service, weddings and/or events, including setup before and after event.
